To create a new sending, click on to the upper right in the sendings overview.

- SMS: The message is sent as a regular SMS. If you have an app, it will automatically be sent to your app too.
- In-App messaging: If you have an app, you can send coupons directly to the app (not SMS).
- Recipients
From here you choose one or multiple segments you want to send to. Use the drop-menu to choose from any existing segment or group. - Name this sending
Write a name that the sending gets given in the sending's overview page and your reports.
- Date and time
Select the time and date you would like the sending to be sent out. *We send our sendings every 5th minute. Therefor, you can only set a time where the minute counter ends on 0 or 5. - From
Choose sender ID. This is the name that the recipients gets told they've got a message from. Sender ID automatically appears when you have chosen a segment. It is optional if you want to change this. - Infromation message
This box can be checked if you want to ignore the maximum limit of messages you can send to a single recipient in a month. (If you want to change the max amount of messages, go to groups, then the group you want to edit) - Message
Write SMS content. Merge fields are lines that you can insert to the SMS message which automatically change themselves to for example the recipients name or address, dependent on whether the information is added to the recipients in their "groups". - Adds a merge field which tells where a coupon URL should be in the SMS.
When you start writing the name of an existing coupon, a drop-down menu will appear:
- Send a test SMS
You can send a test-SMS to a preferred number to see how the coupon will look like. On this page you don't need to save before testing.
When all the fields are filled and the sending is ready, you can click on . Your message is now ready for sending and you're not required to do anything more.
